Thank you for your interest in helping to make Bhaktistock a successful event!
The dates for the event are August 4-6, 2023. Registration opens and the full program begins Friday afternoon.
Vendors are expected to arrive by 12pm on Friday and to maintain reasonable hours of operation during the event. Recommended retail hours are: 12pm - 7pm Friday; 10am - 8pm Saturday; 10am - 2pm Sunday. You can choose to arrive at another time but the vendor fee is the same.
Vendors who have completed their application will be added to the Vendors section of our website and listed on our social media. The Vendor fee includes up to 2 employees and a campsite. Additional employees are $100 each.

BHAKTISTOCK VENDOR AGREEMENT
Bhaktistock Sacred Music Festival (“Bhaktistock”) reserves all rights to the use of its name, Bhaktistock Sacred Music Festival / Bhaktistock, event name and/or its logos, trademarks or copyrights for any commercial purpose. Said use of any of the above or any merchandise for sale or giveaway is not authorized without the express written permission from Bhaktistock.
Exhibitor will not sublet the contracted exhibit space and shall not exhibit or permit to be exhibited any merchandise other than specified in the application without express written permission from Bhaktistock
Should the exhibitor fail to exhibit, Bhaktistock reserves the right to deal with this space as it deems fit. Non-occupation will in no way absolve an exhibitor from their financial obligation to Bhaktistock.
Bhaktistock reserves the right to reject or restrict any exhibit that may be objectionable or not in keeping with the quality or character of the festival.
Bhaktistock reserves the right to deny sale of items that have not been listed on the application. Any exhibitor exposed selling items not listed on the application may be asked to leave the festival without a refund.
All materials and displays must be arranged in such a manner so as not to disturb the flow of attendees, festival maintenance, or exhibits in adjacent booths, either physically or visually.
Literature and/or other promotional materials cannot be handed out or left for display, orotherwise distributed in any area other than the booth space at any time without expresspermission from Bhaktistock. Plans for specially built displays must be submitted for approval before the festival opens.
The arrival, installation, and removal /breakdown of festival booth must conform to the timetable or to specific directions issued by Bhaktistock
No flammable decorations or other materials of a flammable nature may be used. All decorations must be rendered flame retardant to the satisfaction of Bhakistock, Dawa Fields, and the City of Corinth Fire Dept. Failure to comply may result in the exhibitor having to remove unapproved decorations or materials. Food vendors with a 10x20 or larger space if required to bring a fire extinguisher.
Exhibitors and their agents must not deface property. Vendors are liable for any damage to the festival property.
Exhibitors will staff his/her booth during exhibit hours. Tent, canopy, tables and chairs and all outfitting are supplied by exhibitor. Electricity will not be provided.
Exhibitor agrees not to make undue noise, odor, or obstruct sales; use bright or hazardous lights; cause damage to booth equipment; or act in any manner deemed inappropriate by Bhaktistock.
Exhibitor agrees not to compromise the environment of the Festival Property in any way, including but not limited to trimming trees or other flora, digging, or changing the landscape anywhere on the property without express permission from Bhaktistock & the Festival Property.
Exhibitor agrees to remove and properly dispose of any trash used to set up, run and break down their booth, in designated receptacles, before vacating the premises post Festival. Exhibitor will be subject to cleaning charges should area not be left completely clean and trash free at the end of the event. Prepared Food Vendors are required to pay a $50 cleaning deposit upon check-in.
Exhibitor agrees to hold Bhaktistock and the Festival Property harmless from any claims (including reasonable attorney’s fees) from, or due to, acts or omissions of exhibitors, its designated agents, and employees, and/or for loss and/or injury to people and/or property of any nature.
Bhaktistock shall not be liable for exhibitor materials or supplies delivered or left at the event site. Exhibitor assumes all responsibility for loss, theft, or destruction of goods, or for personal injuries to himself/herself, his/her employees, agents, representatives, or visitors, and will indemnify and hold harmless Bhaktistock ,its officers, agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability and loss in connection with any and all the above including reasonable attorney’s fees.
In the event that Bhaktistock or any part thereof is prevented from being held because of war, fire, strike, government regulation, public catastrophe, act of God, other cause, or canceled, there shall be no refund to the exhibitor/applicant except at the discretion of the Directors.
Neither Bhaktistock and/or its sponsors or agents and/or their representatives or any member or employee of Bhaktistock, Aerios Inc, Milldale Farm, Dawa Fields, East Coast Van Builds, et al, is responsible for any injury, loss or damage from any exhibitor, his/her employees or property. The exhibitor, upon execution of this contract, expressly releases the foregoing names, parties, individuals,and employees from any and all claims for such loss, damage or injury.
No responsibility is assumed by Bhaktistock or Festival Property for goods delivered to the site or for material left after closing hours. Exhibitors wishing to insure their display materials, including merchandise must do so at their own expense.
All exhibitors must comply with the requirements of Bhaktistock, City of Corinth, or other relevant authority, and all exhibitors are deemed as having notice of such requirements and regulations and bound thereby.
While every care is taken to assure stand spaces are the proper dimensions, stated at the time of accepting the exhibitor's application for space, Bhaktistock shall not be liable for any variation that may occur.
Each exhibitor shall indemnify Bhaktistock et al against all liabilities, actions, cost, claims and compensation for injury or loss to any person or damage to or loss of any property arising as a result of his/her occupancy of an allotted space or booth. Omission to actor negligence done by the exhibitor, or his agent or any other person under his direction, does not relieve the exhibitor from liability.
Bhaktistock events are being filmed and recorded. By signing here, you consent to thepossible reproduction of your likeness and/or voice, and products as well as thelikeness/voice of any person representing your product or service, and you waive any claimsin connection therewith.
Food/Beverage Distribution–All vendors/distributors must have the requisite permits and insurance. Applicant’s insurance must cover food distribution unless the distributors send in separate endorsement for their products.
Booth Reservation does not guarantee product exclusivity, under any circumstances.
The following release must be accepted and agreed to by each exhibitor. In considerationof accepting this contract, I/we, the undersigned intending to be legally bound, hereby, formyself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claimfor damages I may have against the Orange County, City of Corinth, Festival Property and Bhakistock or any of the sponsors, officials, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by me in said event.
I further hereby agree to permit the free use of my name and picture in any broadcast, telecast, video, media or other public relations or coverage of the event, made or occurring prior to, during or after the event in perpetuity. Bhaktistock reserves the right to reject any application and further reserves the right to change the details of this event without prior notice.
This is an important legal document. Read carefully before signing.
The event will be held rain or shine – no refunds.
